You cannot place an order on Nutrifit Kitchen without creating an account.
Yes, you can, but you have to place separate orders for each address. In this case you can add new shipping address in your shopping cart.
No, you cannot. You can only add new addresses in your account. For administrative reasons, only our customer service staff can delete or modify the addresses.
There is no minimum order amount regarding the quantity of meals. You can order even only one meal if you like.
Our kitchen has a 4-week rotating menu. We change the entire menu twice a year, but we may change some meals in the meantime due to seasonal products and to take into account customer demand and feedback.
The prices of the foods include the delivery cost and no additional delivery charges are added.

Our courier partner delivers the orders between 7 am and 2 pm on every weekday. If you have a special request regarding the delivery time, please let us know in the “Comment” field when placing your order. The courier will take into account the request and will try to fulfil it as far as possible.
Put the food with foil in a microwave oven for about 2 minutes. The foil prevents the food from drying out during heating.
Our courier partner delivers to nearly 350 addresses in Hungary. If you don’t know whether we deliver to your address, you can check it on the home page. The Shipping Address Checker will tell you whether your address is on our delivery list or not.
The deadlines for cancelling and changing your order are the same as the deadlines specified in the order conditions. See point 7 for the order conditions of the week.

Yes, you can. We can change or cancel items in your order as well. However, you cannot change or cancel your order on our website.
If you have overpay as a result of changing or cancelling your order, it will in any event be repaid in cash upon delivery.
Yes, you can. If you’d like to have an invoice for a company, enter the billing information in the Shopping cart. Tick the “Company order” check box and fill in “Company name” and “Tax number” fields!

Yes. In the shopping cart you have the option to choose a payment method. On our site you can pay for your order with MKB, OTP and K&H SZÉP cards.
If you select cash payment and you have orders in advance for several days, you will have to pay for the entire order on the first delivery day.
You can find the ingredients of the foods by clicking on the information icon (“i”) under the name of the food.
We always use gluten-free ingredients to prepare our meals, but the kitchen is not hermetically sealed, so cross-contamination can occur.
We replace milk with rice milk and sour cream with vegan sour cream. We avoid vegan cheeses, you may encounter sheep's cheese (feta) in 1-2 dishes. If you have any questions, please contact us at one of our contact numbers!
Stocks and fermented vegetables are packaged in bottles with respect to sustainability, but currently we don’t have an environmentally friendly solution for food packaging that is hygienic, keeps the food fresh, and doesn’t soak through.
Yes, of course. But make sure that the cooling chain does not break! If you can't pick up your food in person, the courier can leave it outside the door, so it's a good idea to leave a cool box with ice packs to ensure that your food can survive a heatwave. If this is not done, we cannot be responsible for the quality of the food.
